Work description
The aim of this project is to understand how existing appraisal guidance is used by staff in Environment & Business (E&B) in order to improve appraisal accessibility and staff capability, and to set the foundation for identifying areas of commonality and divergence with Flood & Coastal Erosion Risk Management (FCERM) appraisal guidance.
