Citizen New Homes Limited (Citizen) are developing (on behalf of Citizen Housing Group Limited) a site known as Faseman House, Faseman Avenue, Coventry, CV4 9QP. A sole contractors was sought for works comprising of design and construction and completion of a residential development of 50 apartments over 3 storeys for supported housing; along with associated external works and infrastructure work.
