GB-Colchester: Dutch Quarter Window Replacement (90)

Phase 1 - Replacement Aluminium Windows are to be installed to flats that form part of Colchester Borough Council's Housing Stock in the Dutch Quarter of Colchester, in the following areas: (1) Ball Alley, (2) John Ball Walk, (3) Nunns Road, (4) Short Cut Road, (5) Stockwell, (6) Walters Yard, (7) Wat Tyler Street & (8) West Stockwell Street (lower part). Full details will be provided within the Specification documents and it is anticipated work will be completed by December 2017.

Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
