The Provision of External Caterer Supply and Services for Delivered Food and Beverage

The University would like to establish a contract for the Provision of External Caterer Supply and Services for delivered Food & Beverage to supplement, support and enhance the current inhouse offering, allowing more choice for clients and diversifying our offer.

The provision is for various levels of buffets and pizza offerings that are delivered to all locations within the University of Birmingham Campuses. The aim is to add to and support the internal University of Birmingham Catering offering along with options on various cuisines and food styles.
