Description

National Audit Office awarded a contract to the supplier through the Crown Commercial Services Executive & Non-Executive Recruitment Services framework. The selected recruitment partner IRG Advisors LLP trading as Odgers Berndtson will support NAO with advertising, candidate search, longlisting candidates, conducting preliminary interviews and submitting a proposed list of candidates by: - • Developing a full campaign strategy including evaluation of the job description • Developing campaign documents • Advertising the vacancy • After the advert closes, sift and reporting on each candidate; supply a candidate pack • Longlist meeting with NAO • Supplier to conduct preliminary interviews of longlisted candidates • Shortlist meeting with the NAO • NAO interviews candidates Additional information: The contract with IRG Advisors LLP trading as Odgers Berndtson will run for a 6 months period from January 2023 until June 2023
