## Description

Trust National Staff Survey Additional information: ESNEFT are required each year to take part in the National Staff Survey \(NSS\) ESNEFT propose using a mixed mode survey as we have in the past to ensure all staff on both hospital sites are incorporated into the annual staff surveys\. Allowing staff who limited e-mail access have the ability to participate and we would also benefit that we do a full census survey of all our staff and not a %\. A full census survey is also being highly recommended by the national coordination centre\. ESNEFT has always conducted a full census survey in the past\.
