## Description

The commission is for a compensation event \(CE005\) to allow the Strategic Flood Risk Assessment \(SFRA\) \(Contract Ref NE/LL20/R2\), which is currently being prepared, to be completed\. Additional work on the SFRA is necessary due to programme extension, revisions following review of initial outputs, implications of model instabilities and implications of new national guidance\.
