Tamworth Borough Council is seeking to engage a suitably experienced Provider to undertake a diagnostic community cohesion commission, 'honest conversations project' to engage our communities in honest dialogue and produce a report, with the objective of advising on how the organisation can "take a 'whole council' approach to integration, developing a local vision with partners, businesses, the voluntary and community sector and communities, and mainstreaming integration objectives across policy and service delivery." and develop a clear asset-based community cohesion strategy and implementation plan
