Social Worker (Adults) - Continuing Healthcare Practitioner - Candidates MUST be experienced in NHS CHC Practice and be flexible to work across both CCC and PCC
£28.00ph umbrella. Mileage .45p per mile. There is no flexibility to increase above £28.00ph umbrella
An initial Skype/telephone interview may be undertaken however, candidates MUST be available to attend a face to face interview before an offer is made, if requested.
