UPDATED: Provision of Sports and Fine Turf Materials, Equipment and Sundries

Description

Southend-on-Sea City Council is looking to appoint a supplier or a number of suppliers to supply and deliver Sports pitch materials and top dressings for a period of 3 years, with the option of extending the contract for a further 2 years or any part thereof. The extension will be at the discretion of the Council and be dependent upon on quality, pricing, funding available and contractor performance. As such the Council does not guarantee any level of income to either Contractor as part of this contract. Parks Operations Sports Materials will be split across different lots with suppliers being able to bid for single or multiple lots. The Contractor must deliver the required materials in the conditions and at the times detailed within this specification.
