Mental Health Support Services Framework Agreement - Call-off 3 Crisis Response Service - Nottinghamshire (excluding Bassetlaw)

Call-off for services purchased under the framework agreement Project reference DN401802 - linked to award notice NOTTSCC001-DN401802-60624648. This service will support people aged 18 and over with a diagnosed mental health condition who are in contact with Crisis Resolution and Home Treatment teams (CRHTs) or who are acute mental health patients. This service is commissioned to provide non-clinical, person-centred support that will work alongside clinical and other statutory services. It will support people to address immediate issues around money and housing that are causing stress and compounding mental health crisis, increasing likelihood of admission to hospital or that need resolving to enable hospital discharge.
