Heat Decarbonisation Plan Consultancy Services (Selective Properties)

The Council is looking to award a Contract for Consultancy Services in order to provide Heat Decarbonisation Plans for 11 council properties. The Consultant(s) shall provide services in support of Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council preparing its site decarbonisation plans for transition to Carbon Neutral by 2030 and with a view to making an application to the Public Sector Decarbonisation Scheme (PSDS).
