CONTRACT AWARD FOR PROVIDER PANEL FOR ONE POINT ACTIVITIES \*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\* Durham County Council on behalf of One Point Children's Centre Hubs is seeking to appoint a Panel of Providers to provide various sessions\.
