(NU/1528) Main Contractor for Sir Terry Farrell Building Refurbishment

Description

This contract is a call-off from the NEUPC Minor Works Framework Agreement EFM2025NE and consists of refurbishment works to the whole of the building both internal and external, respecting the existing catering outlet which is let and will remain live throughout the project duration. The building layout will require structural modifications including installation of a new lift shaft. The design and Project Management team have already been appointed for this scheme and the Design Led portion of this team will be novated to the Main Contractor at RIBA Stage 4 should your appointment continue beyond Stage 2 of the procurement process.
