SLaM - Tyson Roof Works - ST21-P090

The Trust has a requirement for works at Tyson House, located at Bethlem Royal Hospital. This building comprises of 2 storeys of residential inpatient mental health facilities, with 4 wards split in the building. The building constructed in the late 1920s, is of traditional masonry construction - the roof covering is at the end of life and recovering works are required. This contract forms Phase One of a planned two phase project where works will be undertaken to the East Wing of the building. The second phase of works will be competitively tendered as a separate contract in the Summer of 2022.
