***This contract has been awarded***The Cheshire Homechoice Partnership (CHC) is procuring a contract for the supply and implementation of an Application, Allocations and Choice Based Lettings (CBL) Solution to enable effective management of the housing register and improve efficiency within the Partner's allocations and new tenancies teams. The objective of the project is to improve the partner's overall performance on void turnaround and the local authority's assessment of applications through process efficiency improvements.

Cheshire Homechoice is a Choice Based Lettings partnership of: • Cheshire East Council • Peaks & Plains Housing Trust • Plus Dane Housing • Wulvern Housing In addition to a growing number of sub-partner registered providers.

Please note you are required to register, express an interest, download the Request For Quotation (RFQ) documentation and upload the completed RFQ documentation by below deadline.

Additional information: The required solution will need to: • Improve efficiency through reduction or removal of manual, repetitive administrative tasks such as verification and shortlisting • Replace the pre-tenancy interview with a self-serve online form sent to applicant when an offer is made • Improve the quality and functionality of the customer experience and CBL advert • Provide a system with greater flexibility for implementing policy and procedure changes • Offer customers an applications and allocations system that is fair open and easy to use, with minimum intervention from staff • To deliver housing options advice • To provide a caseload management system for homelessness and homelessness preventions cases • To attract new customers to areas of low demand and to reduce void times for harder to let properties
