## Description

Torbay Council has many assets and prime highway locations that are attractive to advertisers\. These assets have the potential to generate a significant annual income\. Digital advertising is considered to offer community benefits as well as an income opportunity for the Council\. This Contract seeks to procure outdoor digital advertising infrastructure and the successful Contractor will generate an increased and sustainable annual income stream going forward\.
