Oakland Rise Soft Facilities Management

Notting Hill Genesis intends to procure a single service provider (for a four-year duration) with the option to extend up to two periods of one-year each. Notting Hill Genesis are looking to enter a long-term contract with a single service provider to provide a soft facilities management service at various times (Monday - Sunday) at its new Estate Oakland Rise, located in North London.The services include a combination of Concierge, Security, Window Cleaning, General Cleaning, Deep Cleaning and External Grounds Maintenance.There are a total of 605 homes that will comprise of 242 affordable homes, 61 social rent ,45 rent homes and 136 shared ownership as well as 203 market rent homes 160 market .The provider will be fully responsible for the monitoring and maintaining of standards of dress policy, attendance, punctuality, reliability, and customer service
