Legionella Management Services at 47 Council properties owned by Fareham Borough Council

Description

The council owns 48 properties ranging from small allotment buildings to large, sheltered housing complex. These require routine management of the water systems to maintain quality and to manage the risk from the legionella bacteria. This contract is to carry the routine serving from April 2025 to March 2030 and to undertake full water systems risk assessments for each site in 2026 and 2028.
