## Description

There is a requirement to replace the existing e-procurement and contract management systems to align them into 1 holistic system to support a whole life procurement and contract management approach via our new contract management framework\. We are looking for a system which will offer continuous improvement to processes and access to data which will contribute to drive efficiencies\. The system should have a forward looking roadmap to ensure it is future proofed\. The initial contract period will be for 5 years with an option to extend for a further 2 x 2 years periods and a final 1 year period\.
