Description

The service level agreement (Appendix 3) is set out for the specific services of the supply of Maintenance & Service for the Catering outlets managed by Falmouth Exeter Plus, in accordance with the quality expectations and delivery times as set out in the broader specification. The purpose of this specification is to ensure that all departmental equipment is fit for purpose, maintained to the highest standards, serviced at regular intervals, checked twice annually for performance, function and safety and replaced in line with life expectancy strategies.
