## Description

The Council offers an organisational wide defined benefit pension scheme to the workforce\. This scheme is funded through a combination of employee and employers contributions \(%age of salary\) with contribution rates informed by the tri-annual valuation of the defined benefit pension scheme\. This valuation process is highly technical and there is a requirement to explore and test the assumptions within the current valuation\. Framework used CCS RM6309 Lot4
