Contract for the Supply of Design and Construction at Northfield Hostel. Oxford City Housing Limited (OCHL) and Oxford City Council (OCC) are undertaking this mini competition for the Supply of Design and Construction at Northfield Hostel. The works comprise the design and construction of 51Nr residential apartments in a development that ranges from two to three floors high including associated communal areas together with drainage, external works, landscaping, and external services. The units are to be 100% Affordable. Off-site works include drainage and utility service connections and S278 works.
