Wigan Council - Furniture Supplier for 3 Sites

Description

Wigan Council is carrying out a refurbishment programme to the communal areas of 3 sheltered accommodation schemes, Acton House, Scholes, The Rowans, Mosley Common and Greenwood Road, Standish. The refurbishment will follow on from essential fire safety works which are currently in progress and will consist of replacement of the wall and floor finishes as well as some minor repairs and upgrades. In addition, all communal furniture will be replaced.
