## Description

In March 2021, the London Plan 2021 was published\. The London Plan 2021 includes Policy H14 'Gypsy and traveller accommodation', which includes that the '\.\.\.Mayor will initiate and lead a London-wide gypsy and traveller accommodation needs assessment'\. This commitment responds to a recommendation by the Panel of Inspectors following the Examination in Public of the draft London Plan\. Tender is issued on the portal \( procontract due north\): https://procontract\.due-north\.com/Advert?advertId=41712ee8-4a79-ec11-8110-005056b64545 The GLA is now seeking to commission an external delivery partner with appropriate skills, knowledge and experience to undertake a London-wide Gypsy and traveller accommodation needs assessment\. All documents must be submitted on the portal\. The service falls under LTR under Health, social and related services \(CPV 98200000-5 -Equal opportunities consultancy services\) and as the total value is less then the LTR threshold, it will be a non FTS based contract notice or below threshold tender\.
