## Description

Following a supplier \(third party\) information audit report for UKAEA, they identified the need for UKAEA to have a very structured Information Architecture, to train the IAOs and educate them on the best practice for managing UKAEA information / assets\. In that regards, UKAEA has decided to engage a supplier that will design and implement information Architecture for the Authority\. The Authority requires the delivery of an Information Architecture design and its implementation\. The Supplier will take a lead role in engaging with IAOs, organise workshops and feedback to the Authority on their findings and a way forward\. The objectives for the proposed solution are: • To know where to keep information and what repositories to use\. • Ability to work more efficiently \(encouraging reuse, avoiding replication, etc\.\) • To provide assurance that information management risks are being mitigated and that relevant legislation and regulations are being met\. • To know which information asset\(s\) to keep and what to dispose of\.
