Provision of Early Intervention and Prevention Support for people with learning disabilities and autistic adults

delivery of a suite of services relating to problem solving and early support, community participation, learning and development activities, employment support, training and awareness raising to improve the resilience, aspirations, health, and wellbeing of people with learning disabilities and autistic adults The Service is aimed at preventing, reducing and delaying the need for Adult Social Care Services by improving the resilience, aspirations, health, and wellbeing of people with learning disabilities and autistic adults by enabling and promoting independence, social inclusion and increasing access to mainstream opportunities and services.
