Design and Consultancy Services Framework

The Authority seeks to establish a multi-supplier, multi-Lot Framework for the provision of Design and Consultancy Services by its Members and other Public Sector Contracting Bodies within the North East, Cumbria and North Yorkshire.

The Framework comprises the following Lots: Lot 1: Planning Services Lot 2: Architect Services Lot 3: Engineering (Civil & Structural) Lot 4: Surveying Lot 5: Health & Safety Lot 6: Ground Investigations & Remediation Services Lot 7: Mechanical & Electrical Engineering Design Lot 8: Ecological Assessment & Reporting Lot 9: Employers Agent Lot 10: Clerk of Works Lot 11: Principal Designer
