Consultancy in respect of Fens Waterway Link business case development.

Description

The Council has procured (on behalf of a range of regional and national stakeholders), a consultant to produce both: (1) an updated and revised business case for the Fens Waterways Link (FWL) to justify the continued investment of public funding in Lincolnshire's waterways infrastructure. (2) A bespoke business case that focuses specifically on the development of the waterway between Boston and Peterborough. This was conducted via an RFQ process as the value is below the OJEU threshold
