Colville Estate Phase 2C - Thames Water Sewer - Drop-Shaft installation

The London Borough of Hackney are carrying out a large regeneration of the Colville Estate. This STA refers to Phase 2C, which includes the development of two residential blocks, a row of terraced houses, a community centre and an energy centre. There is a large Thames Water (TW) sewer running beneath a section of the Phase 2C site that must be adapted in preparation for these development works. This includes the installation of a new drop-shaft so that the sewer can be accessed for future maintenance by Thames Water.
