Description
Historic England is seeking to commission an appropriately qualified and experienced professional to assess the existing condition of the Historic England Archive Store. The condition survey will support Historic England in understanding what repairs and wholesale replacement for end of life systems or elements of the building are required over the next 5-10 years. It will also be used to inform an options appraisal of potential interventions to decarbonise the Archive Store. It should also seek to prioritise these repairs and provide estimates on the cost for the materials and labour.
