GB-Swindon: UKRI-4442 Principle Contractor for RICHeS Fit Out Office

Description

UKRI were seeking a Contractor to undertake an office fit out at Daresbury Laboratory for the Research Infrastructure for Conservation and Heritage Science (RICHeS) programme. The office will be used to provide working and meeting space for the RICHeS delivery team and their visitors. Further competition under The Pagabo Refit and Refurbishment Solutions framework was used and the market was tested which was unsuccessful therefore this was awarded through the use of direct award on the Framework.
