## Description

Enforcement Agent Services is a vital part in the recovery of unpaid Council Tax and Business Rates\. There is no cost to the Council in the delivery of the service as fees are paid to the Enforcement Agents\. It is estimated that the Value of the contract to the EA firms based on historic case loads will be c£2mover a period of 4 years\. This is based on the income across all the EA's during the period 2017-2020\.
