Refurbishment of 8 Newlands Green, Clevedon, North Somerset\. Award is based on lowest price however bidders must specify their proposed start and completion dates and these must be acceptable to Alliance Homes\. If these dates are not acceptable then Alliance Homes reserves the right to reject the lowest price tender and move to the next lowest price tender, and so on\.
