Flat roof overlay, insulation upgrade and ancillary works.

Description

The Council wishes to award a contract to a single supplier (contractor) for the preparation and overlay of flat roofs to three of its blocks of flats. The overlay system will incorporate insulation to meet the current u-value requirement for exposed elements (under the building regulations Part L). Permanent access to the flat roof will be constructed as part of the works and an appropriate fall arrest system installed.
