## Description

The Consultant will assemble a multi-disciplinary team to: - deliver a planning and transport assessment of a proposed development\. - advise on the achievability of a DMRB compliant design for direct access from A3\. - engage with specialists, both within NH, Valuation Officer Agency \(VOA\) and externally, in assembling and justifying evidence to support findings\. - support the Client in its handling of this claim and any defence though the Lands Tribunal process, as required\.
