## Description

CUH currently provides a pathology service to Cambridgeshire and Peterborough GP's commissioned by Cambridgeshire and Peterborough CCG\. An integral part of this service is the use of an electronic ordering system \(tQuest\) for the ordering and labelling of all pathology samples\. tQuest forms are printed within the GP surgery on standard office laser printers\. tQuest request forms are provided to the GP surgeries as part of the pathology service and CUH requires a supply of tQuest request forms for service continuity\.
