## Description

NHS Arden and Greater East Midlands CSU \(AGCSU\) on behalf of NHS England \(Health & Justice,North Midlands\) is inviting suitably qualified and experienced providers to deliver integrated healthcare services at HMP Woodhill, Milton Keynes\. The ITT reference is itt\_765 and responses should be made by 12 noon on 18th August 2017\. The Commissioner is looking for a provider to deliver a fully integrated healthcare services at HMP Woodhill to include: • GP and primary care service inclusive of dentistry, optometry, podiatry, physiotherapy , sexual health services and other therapeutic services\. • Fully inclusive mental health services both primary and secondary care services\. • Fully integrated substance misuse service • Forensic mental health service at the Close Supervision Centre\. The annual contract value is approximately £5\.5 million per annum\. PLEASE NOTE, A SITE VISIT TO HMP WOODHILL WILL TAKE PLACE ON THE 18TH JULY\.
