## Description

Refuse and waste related services\. Norse Environmental Waste Services \(NEWS\), a company wholly owned by Norfolk County Council under Norse Commercial Services, intends to run a competitive tendering exercise to appoint a third-party Service Provider who shall provide a waste transfer station \(Facility\)\. The role of the Service Provider will therefore be to provide and maintain a Facility capable of receiving, handling, processing, storing and forward haulage of Contract Waste delivered under North Norfolk District Councils municipal solid \(domestic\) and recycling centre residual waste collection services\.
