The Upgraded Education Programme for New ESCIT Team Recruits - Consultancy Competency

In July 2013 the DE&S Director Technical required that ESCIT should extend its programme to 2020 and thus open recruitment to its Support System Consultant (SSC) development scheme.To enable this specialist/vocational technical training, ESCIT has developed an upgraded education programme. The ESCIT Introduction to Consultancy Skills programme directly supports the DE&S requirement to generate Suitably Qualified & Experienced Personnel, without any reduction in quality of SSC output. This programme is an essential part of the SSC's professional development path. This upgraded education needs to be delivered to new ESCIT recruits through Directed Learning and Coaching Through Simulation.
