Work description
Cefas require provision of a comprehensive 24x7x365 Managed Network Operations Centre Service (NOC) in order to real time monitor and manage the availability and performance of the identified Cefas Azure platforms, servers, networking and web-based applications.
This is a Contract amendment of original Contract starting 1 August 2021 - awarded via framework G-Cloud RM1557.12.
