The service shall support parents, parents-to-be and other carers of 0-2 year olds in the Leeds South and East Clinical Commissioning Group \(LSE CCG\) area to be empowered, and confident to make both informed and healthy choices contributing towards the Leeds Best Start Plan \(2015-19\)\.
