Management of the Sales and Marketing and the Estate Management Company for Westec, Ormskirk

Tenders are being sought for sales and marketing services for properties to be sold for outright sale or shared ownership as part of a 27 unit housing scheme ('Westec') in Ormskirk for West Lancashire Borough Council. In addition we require the project management of the setting up of the estate management company for the whole site across three tenures: sale, shared ownership and affordable rent.
