## Description

Stonewater is please to invite interested and qualified suppliers to participate a competitive process for Extension and Remodelling services at Blackthorn Road\. This requirement consists of the construction of a two-storey extension to the eastern side of the concerned property, and internal remodelling of the existing house\. The contract subsequent to this tender process will be as per the JCT Minor Works Building Contract with Contractor's Design\.
