Work description
Thirteen Group seeks to appoint a Contractor to carry out Boiler refurbishment and sundry activities to 31 properties on Gilpin Brown Estate, Stockton. The contract is to be undertaken on a "Supply and Install" basis. NE Procurement Ltd ("NEP") is managing this procurement on behalf of the Contracting Body.
