Hopkinson House - Project Manager

Project management services for the Hopkinson House project to coordinate and manage a Multi-Disciplinary Consultancy Team (MDCT) providing all the consultancy services to ensure the refurbishment of Hopkinson House is completed. The PM will be responsible for procuring and managing all supporting consultancy services identified below, in addition to its general project management duties. - Project Manager - Contract Administrator - Lead Consultant Supporting technical services expected under the PM instruction include: - Mechanical, Engineering, Plumbing and Heating (MEPH) - Structural and Civil Engineering - Fire Strategy Consultant - Transport Consultant - Principal Designer - Landscape Architect - Contamination Consultant - Facade Consultant - Acoustic Consultant - Ecological Consultant - Flood Risk Consultant - Right of Light Consultant
