## Description

Futures Housing Group Ltd \(the Group\) is looking for a company to design and deliver a bespoke 360 degree feedback survey for its leadership team\. The survey must reflect the Group's leadership competencies and provide individual and company overview feedback reports\. The procurement will be in 2 parts: 1\. Part 1 - an initial pilot survey for 4 members of the Executive Management Team 2\. Part 2 - A full survey for the remaining 40 members of the Group's Leadership Academy
