## Description

County Durham and Darlington NHS Foundation Trust have use of a number of Gene Xpert machines\. These machines require consumables in the form of PCR test kits\. This need is particularly critical given the ongoing COVID-19 situation, the upcoming flu season as well as the usual needs of the service\.
