## Description

The Borough Council of Newcastle-under-Lyme is in the process of reviewing the provision of Bill Payment Services\. Currently this service is provided through the use of payment cards that can be used at both the Post Office and through PayPoint\. The Council is looking to obtain tenders for the provision of this service\.
