## Description

To appoint a Strategic Partner to enable Cornwall Council to exploit its investments in digital capability by establishing a digital transformation programme to deliver a Digital Future vision\. The vision for this digital future will not be delivered through technology alone and it is critical that the organisational conditions, culture and capabilities are also in place to maximise the use of any technology the Council invests in\.
